“I am not overly impressed with this place. The price was good, room was good enough. However there was a mystery good on the floor, floors were dirty. After discovering the gooey substance everything was suspect on cleanliness. I discovered the lamp and the phone were not working. I used my cell phone to call the front desk, they said it might not be plugged in, as if I'm not smart enough to check. Do you want someone to come take a look, I said yes. No one came. No point in mentioning...

“Overall stay was a mess. On arrival one of my rooms was not ready when I arrived at 4 pm (check in time) I wasn’t oriented to what floor I was in nor where the elevators were located because front desk staff was having their own conversation while checking me in. My daughter enjoyed the pool but when we returned to the second room (the one being “prepared”) there were no towels nor conditioner in the dispenser. We attempted to call front desk via land line but it was endless rings without anyone...
